Paint From Home.Com will accept the return of any unused or malfunctioning product.  Any ready mixed paint products will be accepted all credits will be given after inspection of the product. Paint From Home.Com Does not provide for return shipping and original or copy of original invoices must be provided.  Paint From Home.com does not charge restocking fees unless the product was special ordered. 

With the manufacturing of customs gallons of liquid coatings returns are not available.  All Gallons are checked after manufacturing  to unsure that the color is correct.  If you were to look policy at any store that makes custom paint returns on custom products are never available.  PaintFromhome.Com has made efforts to provide the customer with an added service. Custom paint returns are still not available for the simple reason that we can not be held responsible every time a customer is not happy with the color they have chosen.  However if the customer is not happy with the color they have chosen and they wish to incur shipping costs Paint From Home.Com will attempt to adjust that gallon in any way possible for no added cost.  In other words we will darken, lighten, tone down, brighten, add blue pink green or whatever necessary to get your color to the tone you desire.  To provide this service we ask for several things.
